Was reading some ‘Atomic Habits’ recently by James Clear

And this quote popped out to me

Environment is everything and they do say you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with

So if you really want to be fit and healthy

To feel better mentally

You need to spend your time around people that want or are living by the same thing

“I was given the 28 day challenge as a birthday present in January from my Wife and kids as I was not happy with how I was looking and feeling about myself. Dan’s gym and all the staff are amazing.
