Erin has worked in the industry for over 8.5 years & has been with the DM Elite family for just as long.


She is an MNU Certified Nutritionist and has helped over 1000 women in Inverness & surrounding areas.


She is our Head Coach and can usually be found in our Nairn gym but can offer guidance to all our members.

HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?

This challenge costs £169 – this includes 12 Small Group Personal Training Sessions in a supportive community, weekly check-ins-, fitness education and guaranteed results.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Your 28 days will start on the date of your first booked session.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

No. Everything will be tailored to your current level of fitness and strength. No matter what your starting point is, we will coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.

WHAT IF I DON’T GET RESULTS?

If you follow our advice and stick to the programme, we absolutely guarantee that you’ll get impressive results. But if, for whatever reason, you do that and you don’t make progress, we will give your money back.
