On to the subject of food and worrying about what you’re eating all the time

It’s not much fun, is it?

I mean…if you like the odd takeaway then great

FACTOR it in to your week and you can enjoy without it doing any ‘bad’

Look at your week like a ratio

80/20

or

90/10 if you’re feeling up to it and super motivated

Treat 80% of your week like you’re living how you need to live to get to where you want to be

The food you eat

Workout routine/plan for week

What you drink

What are you Hearing/seeing/listening to

How much you prioritise sleep

What you drink/or don’t drink

And leave 10/20% to mess around a bit when you need to or feel like

See 99% of us are not robots. We want to live life and enjoy it

You probably enjoy the odd Macdonalds or drink and that’s cool

It’s not always what you choose to have here and there…it’s the frequency and how you REACT

Does (insert vice) trigger negatives for the next few days/weeks/months?

One of the guys in the gym literally just stopped drinking 90% of what he usually would for 6 weeks and lost 13kg in 6 weeks

Small hinges swing big doors

You don’t have to always move mountains and give everything up, forever

Just be smart about it

and have some accountability and support to keep you on track
