How our sessions work here at the Gym

It’s often hard to imagine what we do at the Gym

Gyms (as we know them)

Are places you go into, do your own thing and aren’t always the most enjoyable experience

I didn’t like going to Gyms before we created our own

And I’m pretty aware on what I have to do, how to do it and have decent internal motivation

For most people though

With busy lives




Things happening to you, you don’t always plan for

…this isn’t the case

That’s why we created a Gym for people that don’t like Gyms

A safe environment to have accountability and peer support

Coach led sessions to ensure you do everything right and to your best ability

We are more efficient with time – getting everything done in 45 Minutes

We make things as flexible as possible to fit into a busy life
