So I’ve only gone and wrote a book
This has been a lifetime goal and delighted to finally get it published
“I’ll start next Monday” is a book on improving your lifestyle, health and mindset and the title is for people who have said this to themselves, too often.
Official launch is July 19th, and there will be a special kindle promotion to get the book July 19th/20th
More info will be out closer to the time 🙂
A couple of lessons:
1)
DOING WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD
Has never been more applicable
10,000 words to write and no idea where to start, what the book would be called or where to ‘find the time’
I committed to it and could not back out, not only that the feeling of writing through some busier periods in life/business
As well as just finding it a grind in general at times
Feels really fulfilling to get it done
2)
CHALLENGING YOURSELF
It’s important from time to time to test and challenge yourself
Stretch boundaries and really see what you’re capable of
Chances are you probably can do what you don’t think you can do
Fear of failure just takes over
Failing and caring what other people will think
Fear of ‘losing’
About the time and energy that may be wasted
Most of the time, if you just start…you will figure it out and that has never been truer here for me
I wasn’t really good at English in school so never thought I would write a book
But unless you sets targets…your body, mindset and actions won’t know how to follow
To summarise: If I can write a book….you can do ‘that thing’ you’ve been putting off
or waiting next Monday for 🙂
Hope that helps
If you get it and read it, please get in touch
Have a good day
Dan
