Here at DM Elite we focus on our main 3 pillars to any workout – cardio/core/strength work within every one and ensuring its a full body workout

This means we cover all bases and give all members what they need. From there we personalise parts within the workout for each member dependent on goals and maybe injuries or aches/pains

To add to that though, we have some other more focused session on specific targets people are looking to achieve
