Whenever someone starts working with us, we always take a careful inventory of what’s getting in the way of the results they want.

Below is a brief list of some of the most common obstacles we hear. See if any of these ring a bell:

·        I don’t know what to do at the gym

·        I get distracted by emails and calls during workouts

·        Gyms are intimidating

·        I don’t like feeling judged

If so, I want you to know these ARE solvable challenges.

You CAN adopt a regular workout routine.

But it’s also true that these are real challenges. So they do require applying some strategy.

First off, if you don’t know what to do, you’ll want to find a solution that shows you exactly what to do.

That’s why at DM Elite, we only do coached sessions.

We aren’t an open access do it yourself kinda Gym. Although members can use the gym off peak freely when they want to. But that doesn’t happen much. While that’s a great solution for a lot of the people a lot of the time, our people prefer to have the accountability and guidance of a coach. This way you don’t have to think. You just show up and we’ll take care of the rest.

This approach also doesn’t allow you to check emails or take calls while training. So we also help you take the hour for yourself.

Furthermore, we have a set capacity per session. You don’t have to squeeze in between strangers to fight over equipment.

So you don’t have to worry about an over-crowded gym making it impossible to work out.
We also know gyms are often intimidating, and people can seem judgey.

At DME, we have the hands-down friendliest trainers and people in the biz. We specialize in absolute beginners, but most of all, we specialize in aggressive kindness. You’ll never feel judged while training at either of our Gyms.

Finally, we know scheduling your workouts can be a pain. By scheduling your sessions in advance you’re making a locked in commitment and won’t be tempted to hit snooze.

And not only that, with the industry’s most generous cancel policy, we’ve created the balance that gives you flexibility when you need it. Because unlike a lot of gyms, we actually WANT you to show up!

Did I mention we even track you down if we don’t see you for a week or 2?

Listen, the most important thing is finding the right fit for you. DME is most certainly not for everyone.
